American Kitchen 10-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set
I bought this cookware one year ago and couldn't be happier. This is probably my 4th or 5th set over the years. I do not put it in the dishwasher. I have a glass cooktop stove and the pans have remained flat. I cook every day. I have used the non-coated fry pan for potatoes and it does stick terribly, but it is great for frying meat (pork chops). I would totally recommend this set to anyone, and I think it is even better that it is made in USA!!! I want to get a bigger stock pot. I have had several coated sets and they ALWAYS peal, even Calphalon (which I hated). I liked this set because only two of the fry pans were coated, I use the coated frypans for eggs and such. I don't think I will have to purchase another set in my lifetime.
American Kitchen Non-PFOA Stainless Steel Nonstick 12-Inch Open Skillet
This is a well made non-stick skillet that not only cooks well but is better for you and the enviroment. Quality construction, made in the USA for less carbon footprint and I am totally amazed at how great the nonstick is on this pan, clean up is a breeze and if you follow the manufacturer's direction for use and care this pan will last you for years! Will be buying a larger one soon.....
American Kitchen Non-PFOA Stainless Steel Nonstick 12-Inch Open Skillet
The pan seems well-made. It comes with elaborate instructions, e.g.,
American Kitchen Non-PFOA Stainless Steel Nonstick 12-Inch Open Skillet
This item is well worth the money. Out performs other brands like (T Fal). Has equal heat pad earn across the pan, uses less heat, nonstick works better then (T-Fal or other name Brands). I will definitely purchase again.
American Kitchen Non-PFOA Stainless Steel Nonstick 12-Inch Open Skillet
This skillet works great, although I was a bit disappointed to find that it is not quite 12 inches in diameter. It's closer to 11 inches. The coating seems quite good, but it's too early to see how durable it will be.
American Kitchen Non-PFOA Stainless Steel Nonstick 12-Inch Open Skillet
Since I already made the mental decision that any non-stick pans I buy would have to be replaced every 1-2 years, I bought this one due to the great price and good reviews. It is easy to handle because it is light (compared to my heavy all-clad), and the nonstick performs wonderfully.
American Kitchen Stainless Steel 11 Inch x 17 Inch Jelly Roll Pan
This is a very nice stainless pan, heavy-weight, but would have given it 5 stars if the edges were rolled. I have two of the NordicWare aluminum pans and I prefer to use them because they feel better when you hold them (edges are rolled), not sharp on the edges. That's just my preference. This pan would have been perfect if not for the edges.
American Kitchen Stainless Steel 12 Inch Pizza Pan
I bought one of these, but Amazon sent me two. I decided to keep the second since they were so well made. Great size for making thin crust pizzas with one batch of dough. I spray with olive oil and dust with corn meal before rolling out the crust. Be sure and pre-bake the crust before adding toppings. Otherwise, the crust will not be done when the toppings are. My crusts take longer to cook than on my large cast iron pizza pan. The HUGE bonus is that these pans fit in my toaster oven too! I can bake both on the same rack in my regular oven.Glad they have no non-stick and are made in the US.
American Kitchen 9 Inch Stainless Steel Round Cake Pan
I love American Kitchen. This pan does not disappoint. I have made corn bread, brownies, and cakes in them. These smaller pans are an ok thickness, could be thicker. I coat with olive oil and lightly flour before putting any batter in. Works like a charm.I have several of their other pieces as well. Glad to find baking gear made in the USA that does not have non-stick and is not made of aluminium.
American Kitchen 9 Inch Stainless Steel Round Cake Pan
I shopped around for quality baking pans for my health focused wife. This pan is very well made, and I recommend it highly. She loved it!

American Kitchen 10-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set
I've had these pots and pans for about 8 months now and I love them! I use several each day so they have been through a lot of use these past months. They are sturdy and well made making them impossible to dent. The brushed steel makes them impossible to smudge. The heavy bottoms keep them from tipping over. The handles stay cool during stove top cooking. I love the fact that you can throw any of them in the oven. The clear lids are great for monitoring your food without lifting the lid. Since there are measuring lines on the inside of each pot, I don't have to measure out water with a separate cup. I just use the lines! I also like that only the skillets are nonstick. Only starchy foods like potatoes and pasta, and a small handful of other foods need to be fried on nonstick. All other vegetables develop a much better flavor if cooked without the coating and in some oil. These pots and pans do stain, especially ones that have been put in the oven, but this doesn't really bother me. They're not for display. They're for cooking. Also, the nonstick coating is not as good as it was the first time we used the skillets. However, I prefer them the way the are now. Oil can actually coat the skillet instead slipping all over the place. All in all, I am very pleased with this set!
American Kitchen 10-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set
I received an Oneida cookware set for Christmas that is comprable in price to this set. However, it was made in China, and being a new home owner, I have had the unfortunate pleasure of purchasing many
American Kitchen 10-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set
After years of cooking with my cast iron(which I love)and flimsy non-stick pot/pans(which I hated),and hand me down mismatched piece(which I also hated lol) I finally decided to treat myself to a new complete set. I had no idea what to purchase. There are so many choices out there;non-stick,hard anodized, stainless steel, cooper, etc. I searched the web for facts, preferences, recommendations, and reviews. I looked&looked for months. Finally I decided I wanted to give stainless steel a try. I happened across this American Kitchen set. It seemed to have everything I was looking for. The fact that it's made in America was a huge plus. After a few weeks of procrastinating(I wasn't sure I wanted to spend $199 on a set)I decided to take the plunge. I found this set, new&unused,on another site. I got it for $100 with free shipping! I figured if it didn't hold up I'd only be out a few dollars. I was pleased from the moment I unpacked the pieces. They are very attractive. I love the brushed exterior on the pieces. The satin exterior looks very professional and doesn't show scratches as easily as I imagine a mirror finish would. The next thing that grabbed me was the weight of the pieces. They have a nice heft to them without being too heavy to handle. I had heard horror stories about any and everything sticking to stainless steel. Not having a dishwasher I was prepared to spend hours soaking and scrubbing my pans. Having used cast iron for the majority of my cooking it took me a couple of times to remember to use a lower heat setting on my gas stove top with this set. The first time cooked chicken was a complete disaster. It stuck like crazy. After following the directions included(which I should have read in the first place)and following advice about preheating the pieces for about three minutes THEN adding oil and letting that heat for an additional two minutes I didn't have a problem the next time I tried cooking something. Nothing stuck to the pieces with the stainless steel interior. I love the fact that I can use a lower heat when cooking. They all retain heat very nicely. I've cooked chili, soups, and sauces in the stock pot and find the leftovers are still warm when I go back for seconds(sometimes as long as an hour later). I love being able to make an omelette (without using any oil or butter) and have it slide right out of the pan!Other pluses to buying this set(aside from quality&being made in the USA)is customer support. I've emailed with questions and received a response in 24 hrs or less! The warranty is great too. I do recommend,as others have said, you invest in Bar Keeper's Friend to keep the pans/pots looking their very best. I've noticed some spotting when making pasta and such. Nothing too bad. Nothing that affects the use of the pieces but if you don't like spot/discolorations(I have some
